In 1984, late Mr.J.R.D. Soni, doyen of Precision Tube Industry in India mastered the art of tube making in Japan for couple of years and established the first precision tube unit in India which Japanese collaboration.

He conceived AVN Tubes Limited as a State of Art precision tube manufacturing facility. AVN Tubes Limited was established in the year 1987 on a total area of over 1 million sq.ft. It has widest range of precision tube manufacturing in India and still leads the tube manufacturing units in terms of quality and response. AVN Tubes Ltd., has imported tube mills from T&H & Yoder, U.S.A. It’s tube annealing furnace was designed by Seiko Warvick, USA, Inert Gas plant was designed by Bergbau Forschung, Germany, Straightening machine was installed from Bronx Engg. Co., UK and other facilities of making cutting and finishing of tube from other state of art equipment manufacturers.
